- Free Replacements : We will happily ship a fresh replacement jar if your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or spoiled after we file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- 48-Hour Reporting Window: You must report any transit issues or spoilage within 48 hours of the tracked delivery time.

- Shipping & Transit Delays: If postal delays cause your gel to arrive physically damaged or extremely delayed, please reach out to us so we can accommodate you further.

- Exclusions: We do not offer replacements for buyer's remorse, flavor preferences, or wrong addresses entered at checkout. You are 100% responsible for providing the CORRECT address upon checkout or informing us within 24hours.
